Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 14, 2025

Last Updated: December 17, 2025

Thank you for using PubGo. This Refund Policy explains our practices regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing for our subscription services.

1. Subscription Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your subscription is renewed.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • When cancellation takes effect: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
  • Access after cancellation: You will continue to have access to premium features until your current billing period expires.

3. Refund Policy & Right of Withdrawal

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection laws, consumers have a 14-day right to cancel their purchase.

Waiver of Right to Refund for Digital Content

However, because PubGo provides digital content and services, this right is waived and you are no longer eligible for a refund once you:

  • Access premium features, or
  • Utilize the service

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you want immediate access to the service and that you lose your 14-day right to a refund once the digital content is accessed or performance of the service has begun.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period.
  • Technical issues: If a significant technical failure on our end prevented you from accessing the service you paid for.
  • Legal requirements: Where refunds are required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge in question
  • A brief explanation of your refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

5. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be billed accordingly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
